Bal en Blanc is probably the largest house music celebration in Montreal, welcoming over 15 000 attendees every year in the city's Palais des Congrès. The event's team approached us for the second consecutive year to find a way to engage and interact with their clientele in order to strengthen the relationship and get actionable market insight applicable to future events. We created an interactive twitter board and used it to interact with the audience throughout the night, while pushing specific promotions to the attendees and relevant "live" content to those that could not attend.
